Training and dramaturgical development program

As a well-established institution, we happily take on our artistic leadership role and nurture the artistic community by supporting the professional development of theatre artists through internships, creative workshops and mentorship programs. In 2001, Artistic Director Craig Holzschuh launched an innovative dramaturgical development program to foster creativity by commissioning promising playwrights and providing them with the necessary financial and intellectual support.
