In collaboration with Green Thumb Theatre, we have jointly commissioned multidisciplinary artists Patrick Blenkarn and Milton Lim (ASSES.MASSES, Culture Capital). With a practice at the intersection of experimental performance, multimedia, theatre, and gaming, the two creators will tackle the concept of systems and rules — how they are made, how they are followed, but more importantly, how they are broken.
With DRAGONS, they will also explore other sub-themes relevant to the lives of teenagers: masculinity, economic inequality, and social mobility. Several phases of the project will directly involve youth through a participatory creation model.
